Need help with HHS?

Email hallowedhopsociety@gmail.com with your name, member email, device/browser, and a short description of what is not working.

If you can sign in, you can also use the in-app Feedback page to send bug reports or feature ideas.

Common fixes

• Sign-in issues: confirm you are using the email address tied to your HHS membership.
• Notifications: make sure notifications are allowed for hallowedhopsociety.com or for the installed native app, then re-check notification settings in HHS.
• Calendar or today's beer: refresh the app and confirm you are signed in as an approved member.
• Photo uploads: choose only images you want other HHS members or HHS admins to see.

Community safety and account deletion

Read the Community Guideline and safety help. In the native app, long-hold another member's Wall post for Report User, Report Post, or Block User. Manage blocked members from Settings → Account. Reports go to the existing moderator review pathway; if the service cannot confirm a report, contact support by email.

Request account deletion or check a request. A recorded request is not completed deletion. If you cannot sign in or the request service is unavailable, email support from your member email address. Never send your password.
